No matter which of our products you own, you still get the same fast and accurate level of technical support to get your equipment up and running.   We take care of our customers – before and long after the sale.

New and Existing Customers

At JMR/ICS, we strive to make your product set-up friendly, simple and easy, so that you can quickly power up and start using your systems.  If you are having some technical problems, we’d be happy to guide you through any issues and help you out, with no up-front fees, pricey yearly tech support plans or contracts, or credit card info needed.  Feel free to reach out with even the simplest question.

What about product software updates?

If applicable, well-documented, user-friendly and straight-forward JMR/ICS application software updates are always available for your product.   Our application software updates are generally provided at no cost, as long as they are compatible with the O/S already installed.

Operating system upgrades may not be available, as they would need to be compatible with your specific hardware.   If such an upgrade is available and supported, there are typically nominal upgrade fees for this service.  If you have a question about your OS or application software upgrades, give us a call.

What about support after a couple of years?

We provide support on out-of-warranty products covering repairs that require replacement items and if applicable, repair charges would generally apply.   Out-of-warranty repairs are possible for as long as replacement parts are not obsolete and are commercially available.  Lost or misplaced your product manual?  Download a copy or give us a call.

Need to return a product?

Contact Customer Service at 818-993-4801 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form, which will help identify the problem you’re having along, so you’ll quickly get a clear explanation of any possible charges.  Make sure you have you product’s model and serial number handy before you call.

How much is this going to cost?

We don’t believe in exorbitant yearly support contracts or tiered technical support payment plans and fees.  If you have a technical issue or need a software update, just contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.  We’ll provide you good, solid advice and support to get you up and running…and fast.
